I noticed that after the buyer e-signs there was a note asking them to give the device to the title agent. Can you explain a little about this part of the process?

Backing up, you mentioned for 2nd home, it would be e-close hybrid. Can borrower e-sign on investment property and if so, what would we choose?

Per Gary Quedenfeld: In attorney states how do you get the attorneys to sign on and like this e signing? I have brought this up with my Illinois attornies and they think that since the borrowers will sign prior to the closing time at the title company that they would be cut out of the signing process?

Please talk to Harlan Accola in the Reverse team I sell forward and Reverse loans. Derek Vandlen is my Branch Manager. He has known Harlon a long time. If this could be done on the Reverse side it would e awesome. Many Reverse loans are FHA.
